Dr Saintey and Lyn Page have been holding evening talks in an Ilminster GP Surgery resulting in the purchase of 3 HRV Devices by the Friends of the Surgery for patient use.
Despite limited patient time, the aim is to give individuals a greater understanding of resilience and how they can take responsibility and help themselves by working with their heart rate variability, breathing and emotional state.
